ABOUT THE PRODUCT
Nivo House is a non-alcoholic sparkling beverage available in two varieties: Sparkling White and Sparkling Rosé. Crafted with sommelier-level precision, both are 0.0% ABV and just 50 calories per can.
Our Sparkling White opens with fresh orchard and muscat notes, with bright citrus and a clean, dry finish. The Sparkling Rosé is lightly lifted with soft berry aromatics, raspberry and strawberry on the palate, and a balanced, refreshing close. Both have fine bubbles and gentle tannin structure for real complexity.
Every batch of Nivo House is tasted and approved by an award-winning sommelier, Masashi Kubo. With over 40 years in the wine industry, Masashi served as Executive Officer to the Japan Sommelier Association, holds a Japanese Cuisine Masters designation from Japan’s Ministry of Agriculture, and has taught at Tsuji Culinary School – one of the most respected culinary institutions in Asia. He’s also published author of “Basic Knowledge of Wine Tasting”.
He evaluates aroma, complexity, balance, and finish to make sure every can meets the standard—because the bar doesn’t change just because the alcohol is gone.

SERVING & ENJOYMENT
Best served chilled. Pour into your favorite wine glass for the full aroma and tasting experience. It’s also great straight from the can—there’s no wrong way.
We recommend storing it chilled or refrigerating before serving. Unopened cans can be stored at room temperature.
Like any sparkling beverage, it’s best enjoyed right after opening for peak effervescence. We recommend finishing a can once it’s open.
